Raised and rooted in the realities of Africa’s high-potential yet high-volatility markets, Victor knows what it means to turn scarcity into strategy and constraints into catalysts.

Over the past decade, he has worked across multiple sectors—technology, logistics, energy, and finance—supporting founders, MSMEs, and ecosystem builders in navigating the harsh terrain of emerging economies. From bootstrapping four (4) of his own businesses, turning them to cross border operational ventures with revenue portfolio’s above USD $1M to supporting ten (10) founders raise >$250k in funding, mentoring and supporting Founders scale their businesses at global accelerators like Jack Ma Foundation, Seedstars, TAKWEEN Accelerator, Village Capital, Venture Capital for Africa- VC4A amongst many others; Victor has developed a unique, battle-tested playbook for growing lean, moving fast, and building resilient businesses even when resources are limited and uncertainty is high.
